This lady is the real deal y’all, a beast. We have sold and purchased several homes with Rachel’s help, but this latest sale really showed us what truly sets her apart from the rest. If you want honesty, she’ll give it! If you want someone that will guide and educate you through the process, she will! If you want someone who will negotiate and get down and dirty on your behalf, she’ll get dirty! I mean literally get dirty. When water was noticed in the front yard of the home we purchased three days before closing; Rachel was at that house, with her plumber on New Year’s Eve, at 8PM, digging and probing to find the problem. And they found it! A VERY small leak and easy fix. She knew that we loved this house, but she was going to make sure that we would not purchase a home that we would regret or drain us financially. This sale has come with many other challenges as well, including the fact that our area is flooded with homes on the market at our price point; during the slowest season of the year, But she got ours sold just in time for us to buy our dream home. Another example of how example that shows she is not only good at what she does, but that she really is an amazing human being. We have young adult children and nieces/nephews who are just starting their careers and looking to possibly purchase their first home in a couple of years. And although they are not ready right now, Rachel asked us to schedule a time where they could all get together and she would discuss the process with them. She spent two hours pouring a wealth of information into them on home ownership. No pay, no promises, just giving genuine time. This is why love her and confident in referring her to our friends and family.
